Protein Yogurt Bites

I made this recipe last week and absolutely fell in love! So perfect for a protein packed sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2/3 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, add the dark chocolate and peanut butter.

  2. Stir continuously until everything is smooth and melted together.

  3. Remove from heat and gently stir in the Greek yogurt until fully combined.

  4. Pour the mixture into a small dish lined with parchment paper or a silicone mold.

  5. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours, or until fully set.

  6. Slice or break into pieces and enjoy!
